In 2020, the group was rebranded as Motus, marking a new era of expansion into real estate, engineering, technology, and international trade.

Our story began in 1989, when the group was founded with a focus on civil construction and taking on diverse projects for the Indian Railways, including the supply of engineering materials.

By 1995, the group entered manufacturing, launching its line of appliances and pumps, steadily building a strong presence in the market.

In 2012, we undertook a major expansion of the appliances business, strengthening our position as a trusted manufacturer.

The year 2020 marked a new chapter with the establishment of Motus Buildwell Engineers LLP. Since then, the company has successfully delivered multiple projects for the Indian Railways, while also making its mark in civil construction, structural engineering, and real estate development.

With the second generation of leadership, under Mr. Raunak Sinha, Managing Director of Motus Luxora Estate Pvt. Ltd., the group embraced a bold vision for global expansion. Mr. Sinha has forged overseas partnerships and spearheaded the international trading of grains and spices in markets such as the Middle East, United States, Singapore, and Malaysia.

In 2022, we launched Motus Tech Advisors, Inc., headquartered in New York. This venture focuses purely on IT services, offering expertise in software development and a wide range of technology solutions for businesses worldwide.
